Copyright and Reproduction:

The Artist reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright in the Work. The Work may not be photographed, sketched, painted, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the express written consent of the Artist.

Specific examples include but are not limited to:

Purchase of originals grants ownership only of the original and does not grant rights of reproduction.

Images, either from the website or from purchase of an original, cannot be used or resold as an NFT.

Neither contents of the website nor original art purchased through the website can be used for commercial purposes by anyone other than Elena Solano (feelingndealing).

Visual Discrepancies Between Digital Representations and Original Art:

There may be minor variations between the original artwork and the digital images on the website (contrast, color tweaks, levels adjustments, clean-up, etc.).

Shipping:

All sales will be shipped from Texas, United States, usually within three business days.

Original art is sent in archival sleeves with acid free backing boards, reinforced with an inner cardboard envelope, and sent using flat rate USPS Priority Mail envelopes.

Orders within the United States of America will be sent using USPS Priority Mail.

International orders will be sent using USPS International Priority Mail. If these orders incur import fees, customs duties, or other similar charges, the recipient will be responsible for paying these upon receipt. If you need to know what import fees to expect, please inquire locally with your country’s customs officials.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. This store does not accept returns.
